At the heart of this collection are the two women who shaped the person and the artist I am today. The Katarineh Rose Collection is a living tribute to my great-grandmother, Katarineh, and my mother, Rose.

Though their lives unfolded in different eras, they stand as the twin pillars of this brand — representing a lineage of resilience, creative spirit, and the quiet power that carries through generations. These pieces are my way of passing forward the strength and grace they gave me.

I believe the most beautiful things are those that carry a story. When I create, I'm thinking about the person who will eventually wear each piece and the unique life they are navigating.

Bespoke Commissions

Each piece is handcrafted with intention, using the materials and details you select. Whether semi-precious gemstones, glass elements, or meaningful color palettes, your vision becomes the foundation of a one-of-a-kind design made just for you.

Heirloom Restoration

Renewing your treasures. Even the most cherished pieces deserve a second life. Our restoration service revives your well-loved, well-worn jewelry. Whether you need new earring hooks, updated clasps, or a complete redesign, we carefully rebuild using high-quality, nickel-free or stainless-steel findings, honoring the memories attached to your piece while giving it renewed strength and beauty.

Inherited a piece you love but can't wear? We can reimagine it — same stones, new life — while honouring its original character and the memories it carries.

Materials & Care

Materials used: We offer mixed alloys, stainless steel, sterling silver, nickel-free and lead-free findings.

I broke my jewelry: We make our jewelry as resilient as possible, but, as with all jewelry, stones sometimes fall out or a mechanism or chain can break. Your satisfaction is our highest priority - we will work with you to repair your jewelry. Repairs need to be approved by our team; please contact us first.

Storing jewelry: To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid chemicals, lotions, and water exposure. Store pieces in a dry pouch or box when not being worn. Store items individually so they cannot tangle or rub against one another. Never store jewelry in high-moisture areas like bathrooms.

Orders & Commission

Limited-Edition Products: Sometimes we acquire unique and specific pieces of precious and semi- precious gemstones and pieces, and as such, we can only create this limited run. Once these pieces are sold, the design is retired forever, making it a truly rare and exclusive item you own.

Commission jewelry process: You share ideas, preferences on metals, gemstone and budget; we refine the design together. We will confirm amount by researching material cost. A 50% deposit is required to acquire materials and to reserve production time. We’ll confirm the exact amount; balance is payable in full before order is shipped.

No refunds on commission orders, as these are customized to your specifications.

Shipping

Package without a signature: For security & tracking purposes, an adult signature is required. This protects you and ensures the item is delivered safely.

Missed delivery: The carrier will typically attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup. We’ll provide tracking so you can plan for the signature requirement.

Gift packaging: Yes! You can add a gift box, pouch, or bag at checkout—perfect for meaningful gifting.

Return & Exchange Policy

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated and shipped within 14-days of delivery window if unworn and in original condition. Custom-created items are not returnable.

Shipping Costs & tracking: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. As we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for packages lost in transit; we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Processing Refunds: Refunds will only be issued once the return package has been safely received, inspected and verified.

Packaging & Condition: Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. If the item(s) is not in original undamaged condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
